Sheboygan women files landmark case over Web links

This story on JSOnline talks about the trouble a Sheybogan woman faced over links on her site to the city's website. The links were to the city police department's site. Don't these people understand the Internet? Hello?! It's not called the web due to a resemblance to duck's feet. I hope she gets some equitable compensation in court. I emailed them to let them know I've got some links now too.
